Welcome to Cyrona Cell Malaysia (“Cyrona Cell”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of:
our website and any related pages, forms, blogs, and social content (the “Site”); and
services that begin through the Site, email, phone, WhatsApp or other online channels (together, the “Online Services”).
By using the Site or contacting us through our Online Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Cyrona Cell Malaysia is a doctor-led regenerative medicine centre based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We provide assessments, treatment planning and minimally invasive stem cell and exosome programmes, as well as coordination of rehabilitation and follow-up.
The Site is intended for people who are interested in learning more about our services. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship by itself.
2. Not Medical Advice & Emergencies
Information only.
All content on the Site (including articles, videos, FAQs, downloads and social posts) is for general information and education only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
No replacement for your own doctor.
Always seek the advice of your own doctor, specialist or other qualified health provider regarding any questions about a medical condition. Never delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read on our Site.
Emergencies.
Cyrona Cell does not provide emergency services. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
3. Eligibility and Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit information, or have a parent/guardian do so on your behalf.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws in Malaysia and in your home country.
4. International Patients
Many of our patients travel from abroad for cells therapy in Malaysia.
Information on the Site is written from a Malaysian context and may not match the regulations in your country.
Certain stem cell treatments may be considered experimental or may not yet be approved in your home jurisdiction.
You are responsible for discussing all treatment options with your own doctors and understanding the rules that apply to you before travelling.
5. Nature of Our Services
Assessment & planning.
We provide medical assessment and treatment planning in accordance with Malaysian regulations and current medical standards. Plans may include regenerative options that use:
mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), including Wharton’s jelly–derived cells from umbilical cord tissue;
exosomes and other cell-derived products; and
supportive therapies such as rehabilitation and lifestyle guidance.
No guarantee of acceptance.
Completing an enquiry form or sending us reports does not guarantee that you will be accepted for treatment. Our doctors may decide that stem cell therapy is not suitable or safe in your case.
No guarantee of results.
Regenerative medicine is an evolving field. While we use cutting-edge techniques and aim to support repair of damaged tissues, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, improvement, or time frame. Results vary from person to person.
Experimental and adjunctive aspects.
Some programmes may be adjunctive or still under clinical evaluation. Where applicable, we will explain the level of evidence, alternative options, and any unknowns, so you can make an informed decision.
6. Booking, Estimates, Payments & Cancellations
Treatment estimates.
Any prices, treatment outlines or cost estimates provided by email, WhatsApp, or phone are indicative only and may change after full medical review or additional test results.
Deposits.
To secure treatment dates, we may request a deposit. We will specify the amount and payment deadline in writing.
Cancellations & refunds.
If you cancel with reasonable notice (for example, at least 30 days before the planned start date), we will usually refund your deposit minus any non-recoverable costs (such as lab preparation or third-party charges).
If you cancel late, fail to appear, or provide incomplete information that prevents safe treatment, some or all fees may be non-refundable.
Airline tickets, hotel bookings and visa fees are your responsibility.
Payment methods.
We may accept cash, bank transfer, and selected credit / debit cards or online payment platforms. All bank and conversion charges are borne by the patient.
Specific payment and cancellation terms for your programme will be explained in your treatment agreement and will prevail over this general section.
7. Your Responsibilities
By using our Site or services, you agree to:
provide accurate and complete information about your health history, medications, allergies, and previous treatments;
inform us of any changes to your condition before and during treatment;
follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions given by our medical team;
arrange appropriate travel insurance where needed; and
comply with Malaysian laws during your stay.
We are not responsible for harm that results from you withholding information, ignoring medical advice, or failing to attend follow-ups.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, layouts and designs) are owned or licensed by Cyrona Cell and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Links & Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources. These are provided for convenience only.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party sites.
Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:
No indirect or consequential loss.
Cyrona Cell and its doctors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our programmes.
Cap on direct damages.
If we are found liable for any claim related to the Site or our Online Services, our total liability will be limited to the amount you have paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim (if any).
Clinical risks.
All medical procedures involve risks. These will be explained during consultation, and you will be asked to sign an informed consent form. By proceeding, you accept those disclosed risks.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, such as for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyrona Cell and its team against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
your breach of these Terms;
misuse of the Site; or
violation of any law or rights of a third party.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Our handling of your personal data, including health information, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is intended to comply with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By using the Site or providing information to us, you consent to our data practices as described there.
13. Changes to the Site or These Terms
We may update the Site, our services, and these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or medical practice.
The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the Terms were last revised.
Continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any dispute or claim relating to the Site or our Online Services shall first be discussed in good faith between you and Cyrona Cell.
If not resolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
